History
wuzalilly came about when I wanted to make a baby dress for my friend's newborn named - you guessed it - Lilly! I searched and searched for Lilly fabric through traditional stores and sites and came up short! I did find vintage items, as well as remnant fabric for sale - mostly online and through various sources. I bought a few things, "re-worked" the fabric, and began creating the dress - as well as other things. Over time, several items were fine-tuned and wuzalilly came to be. We are not affiliated with the Lilly Pulitzer company, but happily work with the bright printed fabrics to create fun, new creations!
Ordering - and special orders
All of these items are one of a kind. Since we do not work with a fabric manufacturer, our inventory of fabrics is limited. We might have more, we might not. If you do see an item that you like, and would like a similar one in a different size or shape, please email wuzalilly@yahoo.com. Special orders run 10% more per item, but we are happy to work with you if there is enough inventory to go around.
Belt sizing
Belts are one of our most popular items. If you want to know what size belt you need, it is best to measure your favorite belt....just the fabric or leather portion. People wear belts at different points on their torsos these days. It is almost impossible to translate sizes into traditional S-M-L. Generally speaking, any belt measuring under 34 inches will fit only the smallest of adults.
Notecards
Notecards are created with acid free paper. They should be handled as infrequently as possible to prevent the edges from wearing. While glue is used to hold it together - there is an occasion fray.

All of our items are handcrafted. As such, there are sometimes small imperfections that give the items character! All of our items are made of clean and smoke free fabric - but you may find an occasional glue stain or wandering thread. If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know.
